Description
- Develop, customise, and maintain Zoho applications to meet business requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to design and implement effective technology solutions.
- Ensure smooth integration of Zoho applications with existing systems and tools.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Zoho-related issues.
- Regularly update and optimise Zoho applications for enhanced performance.
- Document processes, workflows, and system configurations for future reference.
- Train team members on Zoho applications and best practices.
- Stay updated on Zoho advancements and recommend new features or tools as needed.
